Europe is one of the world’s leading clusters for irradiation technology, and BGS is proud to be part of this unique environment. As one of the pioneers in the practical application of industrial irradiation, we have made important contribution to the development of this industry over many decades. We see IMRP 2027 as a valuable platform to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and explore how irradiation can continue to address global challenges.

For us, this includes not only radiation sterilization, which remains essential for the safety and availability of life sciences products, but also radiation crosslinking, an application field that continues to offer strong potential for innovation in materials and industrial performance.
