Program Overview

In an age where data driven decision making becomes ever more prominent, the theme of IMRP 2027 seeks to explore how research, development and increased computational power are resulting the further development of radiation processing.  This truly is a ‘new age for irradiation’ where market conditions, the regulatory landscape and process innovation bring a new and exciting future for our industry.

Plenary presentations will provide leadership level updates on the business of radiation processing.  You will hear about Global business developments, opportunities and challenges facing our industry, regulatory updates and innovation.

The Technical Theatre will be hosted in a large exhibition hall and will provide an opportunity for exhibitors and industry representatives to showcase latest innovation and developments.  The theatre will focus on the ‘how’ of delivering radiation processing – latest equipment, techniques such as modelling, developments in dosimetry etc.

Poster presentations offer the opportunity to showcase the science of radiation processing. Posters showing fundamental research; iterative and developmental research and innovative research. Posters will be judged by an elected IMRP committee and winning posters will be afforded presentation opportunities to the full audience of IMRP 2024.
