Call for Abstracts

Your opportunity to contribute content to the conference by submitting an abstract for consideration in the program

The IMRP 2027 Program Committee is looking for business, technical and scientific content. Submitted abstracts will drive the content of the meeting and IMRP 2027 will provide various opportunities to highlight your work.

What is considered an abstract?

The Program Committee accepts presentation overviews (typically included in Plenary or Tech Theatres) and formal scientific abstracts (included in Poster session).  All submitted abstracts are to outline objectives, body, conclusion, references (if appropriate).

!! Please note that all selected abstracts will be published in the event app and in any post-IMRP 2027 review. Submitted abstracts cannot be edited after June 30, 2026. !!

New this year

If more than 5 abstracts are submitted, the company must assign a team leader and communicate the contact information to our program manager Ashley Chetram ([email protected]). Role of the company team lead is to ensure no duplication in submissions and act as liaison with event program manager and Program Committee as appropriate.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Abstracts must be of scientific, technical, or commercial interest and present original content.
  • Submissions ideally should present significant new scientific or technical developments.
  • Presentations of case studies are encouraged.
  • Comprehensive analytical reviews are acceptable.
  • Abstracts should be concise and informative
  • The quality of the English used for the abstract will be one of the selection criteria.

 

Rule of Two: Each presenting author may make a maximum of one oral AND one poster presentation OR two poster presentations at the congress.

Title: max. 200 characters including spaces

Presentation Preference: Authors may indicate, at time of submission, whether they wish their abstract to be considered for oral (Plenary or Tech Theater) or poster presentation or both. The Program Committee reserves the right to assign selected papers to the presentation categories that are in the best interest of the program.

Authors: For companies submitting >5 abstracts, assigned company lead will be the corresponding author for all abstracts submitted by company representatives.

Figures: max. two (2) figures as either a .jpg, .png or .tif

Body: max. 1800 characters, with spaces.
