POSTER GUIDELINES

A dedicated poster session has been scheduled for Wednesday, November 6 from 15:00-16:30 in the Exhibit Hall (Central) followed by the Best Poster Award Competition where the audience votes for three winners. Presenters will be split into group A (odd numbers) and group B (even numbers) and both groups will be given equal time to present.

We strongly suggest a DIN A0 poster size as it will fit perfectly. Each presenter will have one vertical panel measuring the following maximum surface dimensions: 35.4” width (90cm) x 94.48” (240cm) height must be respected. DIN A0 will fit perfectly. No CLOTH posters please.
